So I've accumulated the following according to the Yahoo Buzz numbers (don't know how accurate) at
http://news.yahoo.com/election/2008/dashboard/

For Super Tuesday today, Ron Paul victories in:
Alaska (12% lead over Romney)
Delaware (5% lead over McCain)
Tennessee (18% lead over McCain)
Washington (votes on Saturday) (4% lead over McCain – The Seattle Post has already predicted WA to go to Ron Paul)

And possible wins today in:
Minnesota (1% lead above McCain)
Colorado (currently tied with McCain)
West Virginia (currently tied with McCain)

Future States Currently Polling in First Place:
South Dakota (51% over McCain!!!!)
Hawaii (37% lead over Romney!!!!!)
Indiana (7% lead over Romney)
Montana (11% lead over McCain)
North Carolina (1% lead over McCain)

I'll just betcha these are the States with the highest number of Precint Leaders watching the counts. ;)

Thank you for this.

The "Buzz" only represents search activity, and it really doesn't say much that Paul is leading.

He was probably near the top in search activity in SC, despite the 4% showing.

These numbers indicate his internet support. We all know Paul rules the internet, but these numbers are pretty meaningless when it comes to votes.

I must be a little daft, which I am, but I can't seem to locate those numbers at the Dashboard link. I'm just too excited to think properly here. :o

Please help.

That yahoo buzz is just how many yahoo searches are being done on a candidate. All of the Ron Paul people are on the net right now trying to find out how Ron Paul is doing, hence the high numbers.

WTF, stop deceiving us. That's Yahoo buzz not really polling data.

Thank you for the explanation. Sigh. Oh well, at least it's better to believe these numbers which would give them wings. After all, if that many people are searching, then that's a pretty good "exit poll" isn't it?

"What we focus on, grows"

Go Team Paul!

btw, how does a body get some decent and timely updates on the incoming numbers? Thx

I would not trust these at all.

Obama 67% to Hillary 27% , no way

just shows that Obama and Paul have a very strong following of net savy people
