Neither MO nor the Fed banned machine guns. Some states do but not MO. MO law is that you must follow federal law when it comes to machine guns. This bill doesn't change that section of MO law from what I read, so MO could still use some improvement there if it wanted to be like the freer states when it comes to machine guns. You are wrong. Tax stamps, NFA 1934, and NFA 1968, all are specifically mentioned in this legislation which would apparently circumvent the previous MO law. I don't see anything addressing the manufacture of firearms so the machine gun ban would still be in place for MO, at least where the manufacture of machine guns and their parts is concerned.
