That's all well and good, but I should think the campaign might like to have some cash flow for the next week. Can't buy ads with pledges. And I think that if we don't step up to the plate at least somewhat better, they're going to send out fundraising emails which will cause some people to donate their 12/16 savings a few days early. Ought to donate a little more now, so they don't ask for a lot more now, and we can give them a TON more on the 16th.

It's all about impact. Mr. Bydlack has been pretty quiet lately, I hope if he sends any panicky emails during this week that people ignore him. And if he waits until Thursday or Friday to do it, he is either intentionally trying to defuse the bomb or he is an imbecile.

So we said before the last one. And he did anyway. He must be kept reassured.

We've gotten above 500k 5/10 weeks, and 2 of those were money bomb weeks. The others have ranged rather lower, at 273k-437k, with the average of those being 361k. And every time we've been trending towards anything below 250k, the campaign sends an email. We are well on our way to a <<250k week, which means an email, probably Monday or Tuesday.

The Tea Party will be our turning point. It's looking like $7 million is inevitable, and I'm hoping for much much more...we can't afford a fumble this close to game time.

Campaign e-mails are a good thing, as long as they don't have language saying "don't donate later we need the money NOW!" Campaign e-mails capture donations from the people who are not tuned in, and who don't know a moneybomb is coming up (yes, such people certainly exist).

with the blimp about to launch and the 16th coming up... we should be able to bring in a good amount of money to make a big impact on many of the "old media news networks"... more coverage = more possible supporters... which in turn will = $$$.

$5million at least on the 16th... that'll put us well past our goal.
