Well she certainly has a high chance of winning. But I wouldn't say zero chance at the nomination. He is doing better now than when he began campaigning for presidency.

The clearest beneficiary of Biden withdrawing is Biden himself, if the "Hillary Indicted" headline becomes a reality. Biden pulled out because at this stage, he said he couldn't conduct a winning campaign for the nomination, which is code for "I can't beat Hillary if I ran against her." But if the Clinton campaign collapses due to Benghazi/email server issues blowing up in her face, he's clearly positioned to get coronated if/when the party runs to him to save them from having to nominate Bernie.

Sanders went from not having a snowball's chance it hell, to now having a snowball's chance in Florida, by now being the default Clinton alternative.
