Wisconsin C4L state coordinator denied republican party membership

I know non-major parties charges dues and have membership and what-not but I can't remember a major party doing so. Who are they to say who can and cannot be a Republican?

Pretty much, one doesn't have to be a payed party member to be a local precinct delegate. Time and effort=money. Tho, I recently joined my county party just because. This guy should be throwing his weight around using his contact lists to go at this rogue party officer and make an example.

I literally laughed out loud at the last sentence. It essentially says that the C4L guy isn't a Republican, he's a conservative.
