If you were old enough to vote in the general election, you were old enough to vote in the primaries.
The primaries and caucuses require you to be 18 the day of the general election, NOT the daY of the primary.
You can be 17 and vote in the primary if you will be 18 on General Election day in November.
This is important to reinforce. In this election, you must be 18 on or before November 6, 2012.
If you are still 17 on the day of your primary or caucus, you can still participate.
