Will Trump apologize to John McCain?

If he wants to have a chance I think he will have to. Maybe not appologize to McCain exactly, but just say that he got carried away. Either way, I don't care for Trump so I don't care much what happens to him, he was bound to step in it eventually as that is who he is. Trump is incredibly thin-skinned and can't control himself when he's attacked. Trump was at least being a useful idiot before this and I thought maybe he could actually help get rid of McCain, now idk, hope this won't get McCain sympathy votes.
Part of it is comical though, Trump became flavor of the month and was having a meteoric rise, and then a sudden crash and burn. Of course the crash and burn part is tbd, but I think this is gonna hurt him bad. This may be the quickest rise and burnout ever witnessed haha.

Recall, McCain crashed five Navy aircraft, the one off the coast of Corpus Christi when he fell short of the runway nearly cost McCain his life
because by his own admission he never read the manual for how to eject.
And . . . if anyone needs to get me started on the USS Forrestal aircraft carrier disaster - in which McCain is in a central role - as a "goof" off - well you can just try me.
This youtube just mentioned the ammo change - so far it is accurate from what I already know.
Watch at your own peril - some of this is gonna be very ugly . . . hope they show McCain's role -
hopefully not editing what is on the tape from the aircraft carrier tower as I have already seen.

The above youtube is an obvious TV production of some 46 minutes - complete with commercial interruption spots.
But it fails - instead of showing the footage of the Zuni rocket cutting across the Forrestal deck past McCain's plane -
it only shows the re-creation about 3 or 4 times - McCain's plane is just to the left in the re-creation.
The pan over to the fire - 5 seconds late in this cover-up production - is accurate certainly.
It's just that they don't/can't show the video that is also trained on the parked planes all along.
It exists, unfathomable that there is no copy left anywhere. It is very unsettling to actually see what is already going on by McCain's plane.
And when you see McCain's strategy after the fire, it'll make you wonder and cry or laugh at what the effin' was Johnny thinking ?

Shouldn't it be McCain who should apologize to America?
Then I rephrase the question: what will his handlers tell him?
