No one but a Paul or Romney has won CPAC since 2006, and the Pauls have won 4 of the past 5 years.
Takeaway: Rand has a pretty good likelihood of winning, but if he doesn't, it's going to be because Jeb Bush used his money and organization to out-muscle us.
BTW Brian, did you add anyone to the neocon reference list? the speakers at CPAC have been hawkish.

Fox News just said they will be covering it live. So far nothing is going on though, the results have been delayed after being moved up.
