It's not really a big deal. It's just one guy who did it and it might be changed back for the sake of consistency. Were the other primaries labeled by popular vote in their main maps?

There's 2 maps on that wikipedia page. The one posted here is labeled "First place finishes by plurality of delegates". The other one "First place finishes by popular vote" has Ron Paul's color for Virgin Islands.
