WikiLeaks Ready to Release Giant 'Insurance' File if Shut Down

Wikileaks is legit, the media is just ignoring the actual meat in the documents and focusing the story on Assange himself. WL has exposed some pretty nasty stuff that would make any rational person think twice about our foreign policy. Unfortunately most of that stuff is buried in WL and the media won't cover it.

The government definently is reacting - they are putting heavy pressure on all these companies to cut of their resources. They are trying to silence them discreetly.

Yes they are still parroting the "Two Rape Charges". Not the $715 fine they want Interpol to get.

But Assange's council stated to Judge Nap that some other European country has filed an unknown charge against Assange.

The NWO is making it clear not to defy the master governments.

How do you get to file " unkown charges " ?

They honestly don't know how to legally stop him...The illegal options always become the preferred option.

I'm not trying to take the wind out of your sails but let's be real here. They've released info that hasn't done any real damage to anyone other than the guy who supposedly leaked the info in the first place. Criminal behavior by other governments could easily be a CIA release of info to bully those other countries. So far I haven't seen a thing to convince me they are the real deal and their releases so far have been ho-hum (and even very "official version"). Who didn't know war crimes were committed in Iraq? Ive seen videos of it before, long before Collateral Murder was released. Suddenly the media covers WL too. That could also be to give them credibility. Nevermind that Assange's old associate has plainly stated that WL is a CIA front and that's why he left.

What reaction? I see some downtalk like "bad bad Wikileaks" from Hillary and such but that's about it. Where's the resignations? Where's the firings? There aren't any because there's nothing important being released so far. But they sure are getting a soapbox to denounce the internet, shut down domains, and pressure private businesses like Amazon and Paypal to act in "national security interests". This whole thing looks like precedent setting from a gov't perspective.

Like I said, Im 50/50 on it. I need more before I buy into them being genuine. You're free to believe whatever you want but Im certainly not "ignorant" for not ignoring the questions surrounding Wikileaks and I certainly not the only one voicing these concerns.

Have you ever considered that maybe, just maybe, the American public is too asleep and our electorate don't give a shit?? Look at W's new book, he fucking admits to war crimes, HE FUCKING ORDERED WATER-BOARDINGS !!!!! Where's the outcry on that? Your argument holds no water.

pcosmar said to look at the reaction of government to the leaks. That was what my bolded statement was based on. What reaction? A few press conferences to shake the finger at WL and that's it.

You're misinterpreting my post.

9ll bloggers have dug up and released more valuable information than Wikileaks ever has.

Paypal rejects Wikileaks

Paypal will no longer process donations for Wikileaks as they claim the organization is engaged in illegal activity. PayPal said in a blog posting that cutting off WikiLeaks’ account was prompted by a violation of the service provider’s policy, “which states that our payment service cannot be used for any activities that encourage, promote, facilitate [...]

And this is the type of precedent Im talking about when I cast a sideways eye on WL. So now the gov't can deem basically anything to be illegal and private businesses respond by cutting off your money without due process of any sort. A single call from the Feds and your Paypal account is shuttered and your money stolen. That's NOT the kind of precedents I want being set because of WL. Do you?

(Also note that the Swiss froze Assange's bank accounts for the same reason, though Assange never violated Swiss law and the arrest warrants were from Sweden. Last time I checked a simple arrest warrant doesn't give anyone the freedom to destroy you financially without due process.)

Once the insurance file is out, the game is over though. There is no second insurance file that keeps government at bay. It would be all out war against wikileaks and assange.

If I donate money, would it be intercepted by the US gov? What would be the best method? Mail? Online?

I thought there was a second insurence file. If there isn't now, there will soon be - the publicity has most certainty encouraged more leaks. WORSE leaks!

CNN is reporting that Assange has been taken into custody in London.

This is when it gets interesting.

His lawyer said his arrest will not release the insurance file - actually taking down WikiLeaks will.

He can be replaced and will be.

I bet there will be some pay back though... like releasing some very damaging docs - besides the charges against him are BS!

If that's the case then Assange lied. He specifically stated in a Guardian interview recently that he would release the key if arrested.

he spoke on the intent they were arresting him for wikileaks or doc leaks which they are not. It is a trumped up rape charge! Why people try to twist his intent! you know full well what assange meant but you choose to ignore his intent of his statement in context to his arrest .

Oh, hey, look who it is: Our good old buddy Scott Brown from Massachusetts! He may not have stopped Obamacare (of course), but he'll damn well make sure the police state gets more powerful.

Remember all the Scott Brown cheerleaders on here during his campaign?
Where are they all now?
