Time: 1 p.m.

I will be there, along with 2 other RP supporters from Adams Co. We are county delegates, but missed the deadline 2 months ago to be considered for national delegates (GOP changed rules but never told us!). There are 18 natl delegates to chose from for District 6. We get to vote on those, of which 3 will be selected and sent to MPLS. I believe we pick 3 alternates as well.

They will be bound to McCain, however I believe they get released after a round of voting.

Sadly, no. Wisconsin delegates only get released after the candidate they are "bound" to FAILS to receive 1/3 of the total delegate votes in any round of voting (OR the candidate himself releases them... fat chance of that happening w McInCain unless he's not breathing).
