They were TOO ARROGANT! They didn't have to listen to the publics needs because they were certain they would win.

The Elephant in the Room the GOP Should Have Not Forgotten

They were TOO ARROGANT! They didn't have to listen to the publics needs because they were certain they would win.

The GOP lost this election when they isolated Congressman Paul's ideas from their agenda. Tonight, Dr. Paul's legacy and words are vindicated by the defeat of the Republican Party in this Presidential election. They should have heeded his wisdom.

Because the "leaders" are war-mongering socialist Democrats that gleefully gave the finger to true conservatives?

That's the arrogance.

McCain's giving up speech was so ridiculous stupid, how would people not see this whole election was staged? WTF? Reality tv scripted anyone?

This shit is over. Revolution.

The GOP lost because they did not want to win. WHY choose a complete lame-duck has-been like John McCain? They could have chosen Romney who could compete with Obama on the good looks, the ability to speak, and even on the economics issues. They could have chosen Huckabee, who was able to lie better than even Obama. They could (should) have chosen Ron Paul, who advocates REAL change. Instead, they chose the least charismatic, least viable candidate and tried to compete with the Dems.

how can you excite voters when you stand for nothing?

Bush steered away from his (and the GOP's) platform, and this was never addressed. Mccain IS 4 more years of Bush, plus amnesty. Who wants that? I think the election results show the answer.

I venture to guess that 50% of the votes for Mccain were really votes against Obama. I have no proof, just the hope.

What I really fear is that there IS a large base of people who actually feel that out of all of America, Mccain was the very best choice to lead us. Woah, those are the ones that scare me most! Obama fanatics are right to want change, they just need educated. Let's get to work :)

They also lost because everyone thinks every single Republican is a bush guy.

Oh well, serves them right. Cocksuckers.

they stopped being Republicans. medicare drugs, bailout, war.

The Republicans stopped being conservative and followed this Neocon agenda to its collapse.
