Why men earn more

THIS is an important point, though it does NOTHING to rationalize pay disparity defined as samejob/sametraining.

Hourly workers will be docked their pay. For some small businesses, they LIKE a super-organized multi-tasker who gets a lot done but also takes more-than-usual time off. It saves 'em money.

Salaried positions, too, different companies have different arrangements. Outside hourly workers and the COMPETENT SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL WHO ARE THEIR TO OVERSEE THEM, the 9-5 paradigm is pretty archaic. Particularly given our transportation, energy and traffic problems.

The problem here lies in regulations/reprisals for FIRING workers when it becomes OBVIOUS that the employer and employee are mismatched.

If one makes a claim about something, it is reasonable to expect that the person making the claim should also provide supporting evidence. You made this claim that you had a "credible source" for your information, and I asked you to provide your source. Then you get all pissy with me and tell me I'm the one being lazy and it's not your job to find it. Seeing as how you're the one who made the claim, it is your work to find the source, not mine.

In the Discriminatory Pay paradigm, White Men are historically and overwhelmingly the Top Earners. Libertarians will know from their feverish study of our Constitution that its Framers did, in fact, pen that sucker with disproportionate advantage and protection falling to, not surprisingly, the Class of which they were members. Landed White Male Gentry.

In YOUR world, it ISN'T that big of a deal. It doesn't IMPACT you.

Goin' along with shit that ain't right because we are personally above OR BEYOND the fray has a LOT to do with how we got up shit creek - and lost our paddle, to boot.

Not once in a blue moon but REGULARLY is how often I have "heard" a poster "say" something like or EXACTLY one of the following:

1. Dr. Paul tells us...

2. What is Ron Paul's position on...

3. QUICK! Someone help me refute this OBVIOUSLY bogus argument in two killer sentences!!

One even announced that he had decided on a Label for himself, and required only some clarification as to what it meant . . . and you think MY claims are Spin? Okay.

If all You/notyou do is preach to the choir and then run out and sit in the choir when a choir member sets to preaching, I guaran-fucking-tee You/notyou that You Are Spinning.

I am a female.

I have held down more than one job.

I may one day need to work again, as I tend to do when we need to supplement our income.

And I am here to report that there are a disturbing number of people, many of them Ron Paul supporters, who ask "out loud" on a Liberty-oriented message to be told what they think about this or that, electing no to puzzle out positions and convictions with their own God-given brains and sensibilities.

When my posts are without coherence, I say with peace in my heart but PREPAREDNESS on my mind, that it is your cue to contemplate deeply that which I have said. NOT to say that a hopelessly garbled sentence doesn't occasionally breach Submit Security -- skip those, they are few.

My experience is that men are more likely to put heat on their bosses if they feel underpaid. Women want to get along and keep peace at work; men want to "play the game". It's the squeaky wheel rule. This is another generalization of course, but it explains the salary gap every place that I've ever noticed it.
 
I think if we simply got a good explanation how statistics are made that show this we'd understand. Though it's not as common, women in high end positions and leadership areas don't exactly fair badly.

O yeah, I wouldn't say a women's so hard to turn on. It's just about security. You just gotta get pass the retina scanner, DNA analyzer, vocal matcher, pass visual inspection, and then get access to the arming circuit. Finally flick the mil-spec cover on the toggle and set switch to on. Access the accessory user interface ports and connect a iPod with a good mix. See simple....
