Where did this "McCain is gonna win NH" originate from? jeez .. I have yet to meet 1 McCain supporter

C-SPAN has been pimping McCain & Romney for the last month. Over the past week they have re-broadcast their town hall meetings several times at all hours.

To a lot of voters who don't pay much attention to, well, anything, McCain represents:

1. Honor

2. Opposition to Bush [while still remaining a Republican]

Despite the fact that McCain whored his honor out in order to pass a torture bill for Bush during the entire disgusting charade surrounding the Military Commissions Act.

And despite the fact that McCain whored out his "maverickness" to carry water for Bush for years now, in order to try to gain the allegiance of Bush's backers within the party.

It seems to me McCain popularity went up couple of months ago when a few of the New England papers endorsed him. Also I know there was a buzz here in Ma. when Curt Schilling of the Red Sox showed up at some of his rallies to support him. NOT good for us Dr. Paul supporters. New England LOVES their Red Sox and Schilling. But after saying all that, I truly believe RP will do quite well. IMHO

I was happy to support McCain in 2000. My guess is that many people remember liking him then and just haven't paid attention to any of the candidates since, so they don't realize what he has become.
