Again, legal and illegal immigration is the most important issue with the economy and then constitutional rights and so on. Your definition of progressive seems to be very narrow. If Trump wants to use the power of the government to grow government, ignore constitutional limits in many areas, bypass congress to achieve his desired ends, he is by definition a progressive no different than Obama or Hillary. Trump has never even read the Constitution, has no respect for it judging by his statements on tariffs, patriot act, eminent domain, extra-judicial assassination of innocent people, torture, I could go on and on.

I read the most recent poll only gives Nehlan 13 percent of the vote to Ryans like 70+ percent. Paul Ryan represents everything that is wrong with government and America while Nehlan generally represents what is right and our pro-liberty ideas yet he basically has no chance to beat Ryan from the info I read. This isnt the only time when pro-liberty patriots with our ideas lose badly to pro- big government RINO traitors. There is only a handful of good politicians in congress. Why? Why are most of our politicians whores of corporations and against the regular Americans they are supposed to represent?

I propose the idea, that our greatest weakness is not our ideas, but our lack of action.
The inability to force our ideas to be specific. Because our good ideas alone aren't enough to root out bad ideas.

And our enemies and opponents are not encumbered by that problem.

The regular American is not handing the congressman a seven figure check. Congressmen make under $200K per year. They make more than that in a afternoon of fundraising.
