We need to get rid of the Federalist society appointments.

We need an anti-Federalists society. There is one of sorts but it's tiny.

I hear this argument every election. The court always stays evenly split, and they make a point to keep it that way, so they can keep feeding you this same line next election.

Yes, actually. I've been hearing this argument. Who did he appoint as judges when he was in Massachusetts? Because I'm not at all sanguine about what the judges picked by a guy who thought it would be great if Obama adopted Romneycare for the country would look like.

LOL exactly. Carrot and stick. It's true to an extent that Obama's picks will be a nightmare, but I just don't care especially after 8 years of Bush in the White house. Plus the conservative block doesn't vote the way I want them too anyways half the time.

Romney had a poor record of appointing conservative judges in Mass. You can read about it here: http://www.amycontrada.com/Romney_s_Judiciary.html

That, and would Romney appoint judges that would overturn the NDAA provisions he supports?

Both types of justices are awful. Conservative judges are very poor on civil liberties and liberal judges are very poor when it comes to economic issues and the 10th amendment.

Mass is liberal. He wouldn't have been able to get any decent judges past the legislature.

I think we have a good chance of getting some decent judges on the court if the Republicans stand up to Romney like they did to Bush when he nominated Harriet Meyer. The senate will be much more conservative than it was then. Wishy washy nominees won't get past Rand Paul and Mike Lee without a fight.

If Obamacare gets voted down, you may have a point. We wait and see.

quick boil!

Maybe if Obama gets guns taken away through liberal judges then maybe people will start waking up!

Yep. Both are against freedom in their own ways.

No difference between monetary policy, fiscal policy, civil liberties etc but keep buying the D/R divide

It's called the two party criminal system where you are made to believe that your vote matters. It's purposely set up that way by design by those in charge. How convenient uh? Well technically, we live in a one party dictatorship where nothing ever changes despite which R or D is in charge.

When are the people in the RPF gonna wake up and stop sleeping with the enemy at the national level?
