He didn't quote his own "White Papers" (a 44 page outline for turning the U.S. into a police state and increasing our domination over the world--all to achieve "American Exceptionalism".) Doesn't seem like a reporter out there has read any of Romney's many op-eds over the last decade. He is a war-mongering Islamosphobe to the core.
The press has done a PITIFUL job of vetting Romney. I found a ton of dirt (like how he owns all the spy centers in China and started Homeland Security's here in the U.S.--while head of Bush's Governor's Council of Homeland Security) all linked to mainstream like The New York Times, Bloomberg and Wall Street Journal easily. But NOT A PEEP from any reporters. Obama can't go after Romney for his warmongering or or how Romney is all about asserting more martial law, because Obama, also, seems headed in the SAME direction. BUT, you'd thing SOMEBODY would.
8,000 of our young men and women were slaughtered in Iraq and Afghanistan to prop up in office the SAME GROUP OF PEOPLE that are sneakily behind much of the killing of American soldiers. FOR NOTHING. We were in Iraq for 10 years, accomplished nothing, achieved NO missision. They are still squabbling among themselves and their government is more corrupt and the people more worse off than ever. There were NO Al Qaeda in Iraq UNTIL WE INVADED that country. Now there is. There were NEVER weapons of mass destruction. Same with Afghanistan. Osama Bin Laden was in Pakistan a WEEK after 911 and being supported by Pakistan and the Saudis (our loyal allies). Are we attacking the Saudis or Pakistanis who supported the guy behind 911? NO. We wasted over 10 years and trillions of dollars, thousands of military lives and millions of middle east innocent lives. For what? Some oil pipeline?????
Our occupation in Afghanistan and our missiles and drones are the BEST RECRUITERS the Taliban has. We are propping UP an evil regime, NOT SUPPORTING FREEDOM...all for corporate profit.
What is the RESULT of the US Invasion of Afghanistana? The Heroin Output from Afghanistan has Increased over 5000%. FOR THAT MY SON HAS BEEN DEPLOYED 4 TIMES????
THIS ALL NEEDS TO END. People hear the boogeyman stories about how Muslims want to take away our freedom.

Don't hang up yellow ribbons or march in parades or celebrate holidays to HONOR MY CHILD THAT IS A SOLDIER. I am so offended and insulted by people who do that I want to slap them. Honor him by CALLING YOUR CONGRESSMEN AND PROTESTING THEIR SUPPORT OF ALL WAR WITHOUT CAUSE.
If you are NOT CALLING your congress person objecting to lives LOST in aimless world colonizing, without ANY MISSION OR GOAL or EVEN against ANOTHER ACTUAL COUNTRY...you are NOT honoring and doing justice to OUR MILITARY.
And ALSO...
Honor my son who is a soldier by NOT voting for or supporting ANY CANDIDATE who doesn't fight taking AWAY American freedom. Those candidates need to be FOUGHT AGAINST, not voted for. The 30,000 drones soon to fly over & spy on us...the 72 Fusion Centers (your state has at least one...look on your state site), the indefinite detention, homes being invaded and searched without WARRANT OR PROBABLE CAUSE...THESE...not the taliban living like cavemen in Afghanistan THREATEN YOU.
And you know this election...as a state delegate and then watching the National Convention, it is my opinion that the whole nominating process was as RIGGED and then scripted as the funeral for the leader who died in North Korea and their appointment of their new leader. I SEE NO DIFFERENCE.
So this election you vote for the socialist who wants to take away money you've earned and redistribute it for votes (Obama) or the fascist who has spent the last decade of his life writing about dominating the world and turning the U.S. into a police state (Romney) ?
We no longer have a real Republic , not at the state level, where the bigwigs wrote intimidating e-mails to the delegates in advance of our convention saying "voting was a waste of our time", we've already "chosen who you get" in our "secret ballot process" & "we know best". AND NOW the national convention has stooped to the same level MY STATE DID. THE AMERICA I GREW UP IN IS GONE.
Don't any you who say you believe in our constitution TAKE THIS LYING DOWN. OR TOADY. If you do you are dishonoring EVERY SINGLE MILITARY COFFIN WITH A FLAG OVER IT since 1776.

(And YES. I am mad. My son signed up to fight for his country believing the lies we were ALL told through the mass media. He was betrayed. And OVER HERE PEOPLE ARE THROWING AWAY THE FREEDOMS HE IS MIGHT DIE SUPPOSEDLY TRYING TO PROTECT. Only the people HERE ARE BEING TOLD. They just don't care. Or are rationalizing it away.
I don't want ANYBODY's yellow flags. I want people to act like brave Americans and to fight for our freedoms.)
