It frustrates me how he blatantly overlooks Ron Paul while seeming to look for a candidate with everything Ron Paul has(i.e. respectability, a good voting record, a sincere following)

because

Why does Chris Matthews refuse to talk about Ron Paul on Hardball?

Because he has the most radical platform and so many supporters.
He is telling the truth, and that scares the hell out of the powers that be.

Earlier in the year, before I had a good idea of who Dr. Paul was, I saw Mathews say how awesome he is. The was the last time... I used to be a big Mathews fan until I realized, he likes the action and the game more than the country. To him, the real fun is the spin.

I saw Pat Buchanan the other night on Glenn Beck and it was like they are reading off a list they printed from Ron Paul's web site.

They were clearly aligning themselves with him but refused to mention him. Finally, Beck said Paul but then said he disagreed with his foreign policy. Buchanan corrected him and asked what we are still doing in Korea..

This led to an idea I have, for those of you who still have your tinfoil hat:

These guys keepers in corporate HQ might not let them go out and just advocate for a guy like Paul.

I second that. Matthews been disappointin me all year long.

Glad I'm not alone on this. I've been VERY frustrated with him for the past few months. I enjoy his show and GENERALLY he seems to be a pretty straight shooter - but his refusal to recognize Ron Paul on his show is blatant and WRONG.

Chris Matthews attends the Bohemian Grove Elite encampment. He is a cheerleader of the NWO approved candidates. Matthews allegiences are to the NWO. It really is THAT simple.

You know those countries that have "state run" tv? You won't like this but you live in one of them.

Don't know if he's really allowed to mention him. That's MSNBC's decision. Maybe because it's prime time when the most viewers are watching. Same with Keith Olbermann.

I think it's the Network's call.
