such big coverage of Ron Paul? Schiff? Rogers and other whistle blowers. Why all of a sudden media is covering and starting to support the fact that the fed created the problem? Aren't they supposed to keep it a secret? Granted that they pair them up with individuals that are there to rebut paul's, or schiff's arguments, but nonetheless, this amount of coverage feels like msm is about to launch a huge campaign and perhaps expose the fed some time in the near future and thus launching the campaign for something like world bank and world currency, which will belong to the "world" rather then individual countries. Feels like they are using RP and Schiff to make their own case and that later the big gov't may place the blame solely on the fed while making a case for the world financial system. so why all of a sudden, when they got barely any air time during presidential campaigns? what you peoples think?

secrets is coming out of the bag... best they act like they were just reporting the news than playing favorites with the powers that be...

The U.S. Media is not a big conspiracy like some here think it is. It's a business that generates profit through advertisement and propaganda. Media business contains certain misguided people and some assholes (hannity). There is really no big conspiracy against the American people.

And there are not a lot of people with voice who are against the bail out or have opposing views against mainstream views. That's why RP and Schiff might be standing out. Their videos are popular on youtube, there's a demand for them.

News companies will swing either way depending on where the profit/interest lies.

True.
When the guy I'm running against spend $300,000 in advertisement with your station, and I spend $500... you don't run bad pieces against the guy spending $300,000... in fact, you trash the guy spending $500.

Isn't it amazing that a reporter, a journalist, an editor... with a whip of their pencil, keyboard, and/or teleprompter, can destroy a career, a team, a business, and manipulate millions.

And as Dan Rather admitted after he was long gone from CBS... The Press is real chummy with government... too chummy.

The Media does whatever it wishes... whether it's a good business or not. Usually it's whatever provides them the "SCOOPS" they seek. Which usually comes @ a price. Sometimes even SABOTAGE!

This^^ is truth!

How? o.O

The media HATED Bush. They never missed an opportunity to undermine him. How is that being chummy with government? The media is a profit-generating business. Therefore, they say what the people want to hear. A lot of Fox news watchers didn't care about/want to hear about anything to do with Ron Paul. Therefore, they didn't cover him.

Yes, they yielded a couple of times because a small minority flooded their network, but the vast majority of its watchers didn't care about Paul. They wanted to hear about the other candidates.

I don't know if this has already been posted somewhere on the site (I am sure it has)... But, there was a whole segment during the RNC Chairman debete (I think that is what it was) in which they were discussing how to get the Ron Paul supporters into the party. They were going on and on about how loyal and energetic we are.

HA... How about this... If you want Ron Paul supporters to be part of your party... Make Ron Paul the RNC Chairman...

Funny how they bashed us and Ron Paul.... now they want us in their "party"... my how things change when your party is in the shitter.

The media openly attacked Ron Paul relentlessly, even lying about his positions.

Would anyone watch these videos and still claim Ron Paul received equal treatment even in the little time he received?

For example, at the start of the first video, someone (unexpectedly) claimed that they support Ron Paul and the anchor immediately yells "WOAH" as if he's trying to shut her up. Nope, nothing unusual going on here.

don't count on it being long lived...and most certainly don't count on good, sound solutions being offered....

THIS.

Coupled together with the IOUSA movie, they bring up important and relevant problems, but the media and everyone else will clammer at the gov't to solve our problems. They like to use Dr. Paul for rating about blowing the whistle about how bad things are for now - because it gives them ratings & its what people want to see right now, but they never seem to have much to comment on their solutions.

I doubt RP increases their viewership by much every time he is on.

This my theory:

You are right, News media do point out the right problems but almost immediately offer wrong solutions (mainly because they are being influenced by interest groups).

And what they broadcast also depends on whether they will get anything out of it.

That's the next move... how to become one of these; Analysts, Advisers, Consultants, Financial policy holder, Political spokesperson... because I think communicate a heel-of-a-lot better than these Morons and Idiots on the News and financials.

I shake my head everyday wondering how these people get 6 & 7 figures salaries, with poor/fair communication skills, practically no intelligence, and when they blab, NO FACTS or COMPLETELY WRONG!

We need a new movement... get on all these news/financial shows.

Maybe not every time, but during the primaries they would always throw a teaser about him being on in the beginning of a show and then wait till the last five minutes to finally have him on. That shit was to make sure people watched the whole show and didn't just turn it off midway thru after the only person on who makes any sense spoke, Ron Paul.

Those who don't believe there is some kind of conspiracy involved should watch this entire video.

In NWO parlance, it's called "controlled opposition".:mad:

You and I think alike. I would also add: why the sudden increase in the number of world leaders who are singing the praises of a "new world order" . . .

When I see RP on Prime Time Network News, 60 Minutes, The News Hour with Jim Lehrer or any of the Network Morning Shows, I'll buy that he's getting 'such big coverage'.

The Media are placating us by putting RP on lesser programs for a few minutes a week. Most of America still have no idea who Ron Paul is, much less know about his 30 year record and political positions.
