I just heard the word Libertarian more times then i have the last 5 yrs on msm, Ron Paul 2012 is what i heard loud and clear. the gop better shape up or they will be left behind!!

When expanding the government to overbearing levels, leading America into unending foreign wars, and driving the country into bankruptcy becomes the default action of the president, can Obama really be considered a radical?

As for my take on the interview, can you imagine Judge Nap being appointed to the Supreme Court? That'd be awesome. This was also the first time I've heard Jesse refer to himself as libertarian, though I've heard him call himself a Goldwater conservative before. Notice how when the subject of 2012 and Palin came up, Ron said something like 'I'm more interested in people like myself'? I think he's strongly looking to run. A strong showing in the SRLC poll (need not be 1st place) I think will clinch it. Another thing, I think this is the first interview where I've seen Ron Paul laugh :D

He is one of those "left libertarians", like Noam Chomsky, but they like a different kind of freedom. They support the Government having the freedom to rob and extort you for their pet projects.

I have to agree. His defense of statism in order to stick it to one party is sickening. I'm not that big of a fan of just bashing one side when they're both the same.

Didn't you watch any of his interviews in March? Many times when he was asked his opinion on Obama and Jesse totally ragged on him. And he sticks it to the Democrats also, not just the GOP
