"Who is Ron Paul" on Jeopardy [video]

Ron Paul is a small l libertarian, there's no problem with Trebec pointing it out. I personally try to use the word "Constitutionalist" or something with a more positive connotation. To the uneducated, hearing him described as a libertarian might make them think all he cares about is everyone's right to smoke pot.

i support ron paul cuz he lets me get on the internetz without being spyed and letz me do mah drugz all the day.
hippies for ron paul

Ron Paul did not announce his bid for presidency two years ago.

I remember seeing his exploratory committee around this time 2 years ago. And generally, that means someone is going to be a candidate. I can't remember many candidates who formed an exploratory committee and then decided NOT to run

Makes me mad that this is a $1000 question. If the media had done their job it would be a $200 question.

"Ron Paul of course" hehe

I've heard Ron Paul been brought up before on that show. It was about also-rans during this election cycle. The question went like: "this person first ran for president as the libertarian candidate in 88." The person who got that question also answered it correctly. But this time it was a daily double, w00t.

OKAY so why did alex tribec exclaim "Libertarian" afterwards? wtf

Indeed. It would have been awesome if she said, "Actually, Alex, before I make the next selection, I should point out that he ran as a Republican. Please don't mislead our viewers."

I think I remember this, unfortunately I didn't think to download it. Could anybody tell me where I could get a copy. The youtube video is down and my search is coming back empty. However, I did come across this funny jeopardy clip..YouTube - What is a hoe?
