Jaynee has been involved in politics in her community for a while. Last year, she decided to step it up and actually run for office. She was strongly motivated by Ron Paul's run for President (in fact she was endorsed by Ron Paul) and she did a pretty good job as a 3rd party candidate with a tiny budget.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oregon%27s_4th_congressional_district#2008 If you look on down the chart, the Republican vote has slowly been increasing over the last several elections. I think with the direction of the country and people's discontent with the current group, I think any incumbent is at a disadvantage.
She is running again and I believe has a real shot at winning the primary. I think the local GOP thinks so also, because they are already trying to keep her out of GOP functions. They have tried twice, succeeded once.
Disorderly, to answer your question, I believe the challenges she has faced and overcame in her life will give her the ability to handle the strains of office. The fact that she will be guided by the constitution gives me confidence in her voting. Right now we need as many liberty minded Congressmen as we can get. She doesn't have an political ambitions, she's just a concerned citizen and personally, I think we need more people in office that fit that description. Jaynee will do a great job.
