Who is going to drop out of the GOP race next, and when will they!!!

I hope Santorum, but who knows how long he will hang on. I believe Bachmann is loosing support and funding quick.

Bachmann soon, Santorum too once his cash runs out. Huntsman is close if he doesn't get a big bump in polls, he's out of money, campaign guys haven't been paid since June. Gingrich will be out by December. Gary will be gone if hes excluded from next debate.

I'm feeling a surge for Newt and Cain, and feeling a huge drop in the polls for Perry.....I hope Bachmann and Santorum can drop off of the map quick....

Ron's not making much of a presence yet, but don't forget. 4 years ago he was 1 of 4 remaining. Remember the debate of Paul, Huck, Romney, McCain...Ron will win this race with our funding and he'll run it at a tortoises pace. Slow n steady.

we will find out when we see the fec reports for third quarter fundraising. i am very curious to see where ron places

At least 3rd. Maybe second if all of Romney's bankster buddies have maxed out, but they'll still donate to the super pacs

At this point, everyone except Paul, Romney, and Perry. The good news is that Perry is sinking himself...and Romney's record is a joke!

I thought Huntsman did a very good job tonight, looked very much like he should be a front runner. I've never understood why Perry has the money and support he has, his debate performances have been anywhere from ho-hum to awful.

I think the other 2nd tier candidates are going to stay in until the Debate hosters make it more difficult to get in. The fact that Gary is still around is a testament to this observation. Newt is cementing himself(as he has done all along in this race) as the VP in waiting; he wants a job, his being there is more of an interview than anything else. Santorum is going to continue operating on a shoe-string budget(driving around Iowa in his car with his family, etc.), and Cain is Cain. If anyone is going to drop out soon, it isn't going to be for financial reasons, it will be because they have been simply squeezed out and replaced. I feel Bachmann is the only one in this potential position.

Just look at what 4 years difference makes. He looks WAY younger and speaks coherently. He's lost a lil bit of his swagger....

I didn't realize until now just how much older he looks. I think the past 4 years of constant traveling is catching up with him a bit. That said, Ron Paul at a 100 years old in a wheelchair would make a better president than any of these fools (save Gary Johnson, though it'd be a tough call).

cain could surge. i still don't like his chances because he's interviewed really bad. (muslim issue and contradicting himself)

Perry: The last thing you want is to be going home losing when the next debate is far off. Can his camp handle the rapidly lower poll numbers in the coming days and will Perry himself just call it quits?

Newt: Newt is probably in it for the exposure or a VP ticket. I think he now knows that he (somewhat) has it in the bag so mission accomplish.

Bachmann: She is slowly losing ground, and her camp is probably falling apart. Her husband may pull the leash, save face, and go home.

Cain, huntsman, Johnson and Santorum seem committed to staying. Cain, Huntsman, Gary believe they have a chance at winning. Santorum has the support of the rich neocons and won't go anywhere.
