At least with Hillary we will start to draw down troops immediately even if we have a lesser number of "peacekeeping" troops in there for another couple years.
And at least with Hillary there is hope that we will instead enter into a sanctions regime against Iran and delay the march to war. With Rudy there will be no delay, and no hope.
There is also no chance that Rudy will sign any bill restoring any of the liberties we've lost in the last 6 years. With Hillary there is a good chance.
Hillary is the lesser of two evils by a long shot.
If you think higher taxes are more of a threat than escalation and expansion of the war in the middle east and further surrendering of our civil liberties at home, you are nuts. Neither is good, but the former is clearly worse.
If Rudy Giuliani gets the Republican nomination, I will actively support Ron Paul as a third party candidate to ensure Rudy can't get enough votes, or barring that, will grit my teeth and actively campaign for Hillary to prevent Rudy from winning.
Having Rudy Giuliani as president would be as bad as having Dick Cheney as president.
