Following the conference, and hearing the candidates speak (or not speak) who do you think you will be voting for in November?

i liked what baldwin had to say.. but I need more information still.

NONE OF THE ABOVE. I'm staying home. Why waste even 10 minutes to vote, it won't matter, and it's just encouraging the bastards.

Don't you guys ever wonder why the powers that be ENCOURAGE us to vote? If voting actually did anything, they'd make it illegal.

Dude, you don't have to vote for the powers...

Vote 3rd party, pick one and vote for it. If we can have 20% of americans vote 3rd party, it will send a message and when the next election rolls around, we'll know that uniting all the 3rd parties may be the best solution to knock out the 2 party dictatorship.

Do you realize how many times people have said this over the course of presidential elections?

Do you realize that it's NEVER happened? 3rd parties have never made the slightest inroads?

And, who cares about 3rd parties anyway. What if Nader became president? Sure, the war would end. But we'd have massive socialism and nanny state. Your money? Owned by the state. How is that even an improvement?

We need to stop thinking that we need a violent state to run our lives. We will never get a small government, because we need to rid our minds of the very ideas of a "good government"- since that has never existed in the history of mankind.

You know why, because you all bloody stay home. If you all got off your apathetic arses and voted, maybe we'd actually get somewhere. As they say, if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

How many registered Independents, Rep & Democrats are there anyhow in the US? I heard Independents outweigh the R & D's. That could make a dent. Personally, i was registered Indep and changed to Rep for the primary.

since Barr seems to have decided to revert to douchebaggery, it's probably gonna be Baldwin or Nader. Even McKinney now has a (albeit slim) chance thanks to being at the conference. Better a honest socialist than a LINO.

RevolutionSD: you do know that elections are not just for presidents, right? You do have a heck of a lot better chance to make a difference in state and local elections, which then makes it easier to make changes in the nationals. I'm especially making sure to vote this time despite not having my preferred presidential candidate on the list, since there is a Ron Paul democrat (Conley) running against the established republican Lindsey "Grahamnesty".

I voted on here for Barr, but that was before I saw what happened. I'm no longer voting for Barr! I'll be voting for Baldwin.

I was in class during the press conference so I'm a bit confused about what happened, but if Bob Barr skipped the press conference on purpose()and if I am correct about Baldwin being a write in candidate in Texas I think I'm going to switch my vote from Barr to Baldwin. :(
