On a seperate note this thread blew up fast. Few things:
-Someone mentioned Scotland and other countries of the UK as bastions of freedom. People need to stop watching highlander Scotland is the heart of the Labour parties support. They are socialist territory through and through despite their history.
-The notion that Libertarian movements are only in the US is laughable.

Reading through that list there are many more successful political parties out there espousing the ideals of classical liberalism and libertarian beliefs. Some have made up significant portions of their countries legislatures and passed actual legislature re instituting freedom into their societies. Theres even more liberty leaning parties out there and from a pragmatic stand point even if they arent truly one of us atleast they are helping move us in the right direction. The success of foreign liberty movements could be based in many nations rejection of first past the post system for a proportional multiparty system that despite being more 'democratic' than the US system actually has produce better results than our first past the post gerrymandered electoral college system ever has. So maybe it would be in our best interests to support the ending of Electoral college and first past the post voting systems? Meh constitution says no so we should shoot ourselves in the foot.
