Why is it when white people are displaced by non white people it is called "diversity" and is a good thing, but when white people displace non white people it is called "gentrification" and is a bad thing?

My annoyance with this trend is purely from a selfish point of view. If I go to Japan, I don't want to see a bunch of white people with their white people ways. I want to see Japan's culture.

Same goes with Germany, African countries, South American countries, and England. I want " 'Ello love! Jolly good day! Care for a spot of tea?" I want bad teeth, pale skin, foppish things, punks, etc., when I go to London. Last time I was in London, I was pretty amazed at how much graffiti there was in Arabic.

Perhaps that does make me a racist of sorts. Whatever.

I am a Yooper, Born and raised in the far and frozen north. I can trace my ancestry back into the 1600s on this continent.

I am as "northern" as you get without being Eskimo. Predominately French, with Welsh and Germanic,, and a little American Indian.

The issue that I have with the declining birth rates in Western countries is the fact that our culture is disappearing with us.

Westerners have the historical experience of transitioning from Papal Cesars to Protestant Kings through to the Magna Carta and sovereign US citizenship.

Do the Chinese or Muslims have any cultural appreciation for freedom in any way shape or form?

This is what scares me about demographic trends on this planet.

I dont know how familiar are you with Ireland and occupation of Ireland (colonial paramilitary police force the RUC/PSNI,Test Act, Dublin Castle,) but N. Ireland is part of Ireland. England invaded Ireland (entire body) and then withdrew but it kept N. Ireland (hand).
