Texas - McCain's largest probably win - has a statute for when the candidate is deemed ineligible that just gives it back to the Republican Party.

By the December 15 electoral college, which McCain state is most ripe to lose the state electors ? with Ron Paul benefitting in electoral college or not.

Really ?
Why would you come to that conclusion ?

It can't be because the lawsuit against the Bush/Cheney electors (in Texas) failed in 2000.
Everyone knows that that was the miscarriage of justice - not Florida.

But the circumstances are much different this time - what about Missouri -IF McCain wins it (I know it's a big if.)

prolly all the same states that sue obama's electors due to his ineligibility

Now that is the stupidest reply ever on the ronpaulforums - that makes no sense.
How could it be the same states ? They'd have different sets of electors. LOL

Really, not noticing sarcasm would be elevated to stupidity - Gee, tough crowd.

But how was the sarcasm so obvious - built into the letters or sometin' ?

My response to his zero was :
