This is not so much about Ron Paul as it is about News in General. Where is the best place to find honest, unbiased, news that won't be slanted or skewed. I love reading the news and like to stay current with American/World Wide Events but I refuse to read any more bull ****. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I think most all information is biased... the critical thinking is up to you.

I have been looking at Drudge alot lately... seems like he's on the same page as us.

One of, if not the very first news aggregation and analysis sites on the web..since 1996 I believe. Covers all topics from many angles with volunteer investigative journalists contributing from all over the world. Has many deep insider connections and is often years ahead of the real news. First read of Ron Paul there as they considered him historically important as far back as 1999.

There is no such thing as "unbiased news" and there never can be.

One major source of bias is simply the choice of what to report on, and you can't have a news service without reporting on something. So by definition every news source is biased based on the priorities of the reporters/editors.

Perhaps a better question is "where to read news that is not deliberately concocted lies". Unfortunately, even with the narrower question the pickings are pretty slim. I tend to follow Zero Hedge for economic news, which includes a lot of current events (due to economic implications) and political news (due to the extreme politicization of the economy making political news also economic news in fact). Aside from that I have my Twitter feed which tends to throw a wide variety of alternative sources at me.

I prefer the slanted news from several sources L, R and C. And from several geopolitical locations and belief systems. Then triangulate.

I've never posted before, but this is something I'm passionate about. Like others have said, there is probably no one source of truly unbiased news. I like to get information from multiple sources and compare. Sites like reddit or forums like this usually give me a lot of different viewpoints, which I think is an important part of getting the real picture.
