I met him there! His speech was very good and inspirational. I was happy to hear that he will be doing a lot over the next year with C4L.

But, as with anyone that brings to light some truth, let us not forget the grounded prnciples that brought about that truth. The things that made that person great was not an "end" in itself, but a means that brought to light some "truths".

At a point in the video about Mises, posted by S.Shorland above, it mentioned that the one thing that Mises did "before" discussing economics was to interact with others in "thinking" (critical thinking). Did Mises consider that he had found "all" of the answers in his lifetime? Or did Mises find (discover) "truths" while pursuing his favorite thing to do, searching and considering what is true (thinking/analyzing/discovering)?

There is a saying, "Jesus came preaching the Kingdom of God, but Christians come preaching Jesus". There is a lesson in that saying that must be delt with by every person that has a desire to move forward.

Very good Mises video I hadn't seen before from among the 'suggestions' at the end of the Ron clip

I love this video. This is one of the first things I watched when I just got started learning about the Austrian School and the ideas behind RP's perspective.
