Thanks so much for the advice. You confirmed what I was already thinking, that the collection should be evaluated/tested/appraised or whatever, by at least two or three or maybe even four "experts," depending. The collection could be "something," or it could be "nothing," I have no clue really.
I would love to post a list of the coins here to get you folks' opinions, and I would have done it by now if I had a list. The executrix in charge lives in another state, and I don't know her, and I was thinking it would be tacky to stick my nose in and ask for a list. ;-/ So I'll sleep on it and think about it some more. ;-)
