For the past 6 months members of this forum have proclaimed in unison that New Hampshire belongs to Ron Paul. Let's be honest. No one here 6 months ago thought Ron Paul would finish 5th in New Hampshire. No one thought even 1 month ago that he would finish 5th in New Hampshire. And yet here we are, on course for 5th place.
The demographics of New Hampshire likely Republican primary voters are better on paper for Ron Paul than any other state in the union. New Hampshire likely Republican primary voters are more independent, more against the war, more for bringing our troops home within the next 2 years, than any other state in the union.
It's even home of the so-called Free State Project.
We must win states if we are to have any chance of winning the nomination. We can not win by attrition. The campaign has said that unless we are able to raise and spend another approximately $23 million in advance of the 22 states on February 5th Super Tuesday, that we will be unable to compete in those states, we will be unable to makeup our deficit in name recognition, and those states will default to the mainstream media favorites.
So, my question is, if not New Hampshire, where do we win?
