At this point I would think that reducing such programs by 10% PER MONTH is a appropriate weening method. It's firm, fair and get's the job done to a significantly level within a year.

If you're young enough, there's probably a loophole that will allow you to get benefits through your parents' "contributions" to the system.

Studies have proven that people usually find jobs only the month before or after the job benefits expire.

Not in the middle of a crisis, especially one which is instilling panic in the masses. Something like that makes more sense during "good" economic times. JMHO.

Till you give an incentive for people to change crisis will continue. There is reason why politicians love welfare since it keeps the inept in office.
