For the most part, I've been eating well lately. Real food only...avoiding snacks...but last night I was like an unsupervised child in a candy store. I had a salad for dinner and felt so healthy but then I got into the Halloween candy and that's where it all went sideways.
I ended up taking the bowl to bed with me and woke up with with a bunch of empty wrappers.:o I think I fell asleep chewing because there was a chunk of what I suspect was a Kit Kat stuck between my cheek and teeth - like I'm part squirrel. It's not even time for my period so I don't have an excuse for my gluttony.
On the bright side, I don't have a hangover.
