What would Rand Say about Feds Making School Accomodate TransGender or No Funds?

What about trans men using the women's locker room?

Find me a documented case of a trans woman assaulting another woman in a locker room or bathroom. Then consider the astronomically high rates of violence against trans women perpetrated by (mostly) cis males, and ask yourself if you can conceivably think of a reason why a trans woman would be afraid to use male locker rooms, bathrooms, etc.

I'm pretty sure that the dudes who beat on other dudes that pretend to be women are mostly a bunch of closet sodomites, and not "cis" (whatever the fuck that is supposed to be)...

Cis = opposite of trans (in this context, gender identity). Has nothing to do with sexual orientation or practices. In any case, I'm not sure what the point of your post is. Violence against trans individuals is... violence.

So a woman identifies as a man, the left embraces her as him. A white woman identifies as a black woman and the left vilifies her and treats her as a crazy person/mental issues.

Anyone want to explain why one is crazy and the other isn't?

Is this seriously controversial among real-live people, and not just a bunch of crap pushed on us by the media and government?

Does more than 1% of the population think schools shouldn't be allowed to have bathrooms just for people with vaginas?

Oh, you must mean dudes who are at least smart enough to know that they are dudes... Ok, well I guess that it sucks to be a person who is too dumb to know what their own gender is - good thing that whatever might happen to them when going to the correct bathroom isn't actually my problem!

Where is this data?

All I am saying this seems like a good example of federal government overreach and bullying states/local by withholding funds. It also indirectly satisfying red meat republicans and bible thumpers in the process since they probably dont agree with the lifestyle. You have to admit we do need their votes in order to get the nomination in the first place.

If California or New York wants to do let transgendered people into whatever lockers they want, then they should be able to. If Missouri or Idaho doesn't want it, then they shouldn't be forced to.

Even if Rand get's attacked by it, he can say that he never said he dissaprove of transgenderism. Its just that he doesn't approve federal intervention to compromise the rights and privacy of the hundreds of normal girls in that school.

From the first link:
Statistics documenting transgender people's experience of sexual violence indicate shockingly high levels of sexual abuse and assault. One in two transgender individuals are sexually abused or assaulted at some point in their lives. Some reports estimate that transgender survivors may experience rates of sexual assault up to 66 percent, often coupled with physical assaults or abuse. This indicates that the majority of transgender individuals are living with the aftermath of trauma and the fear of possible repeat victimization.

Sexual assaults can be perpetrated by any individual; however, it is particularly startling when professionals who are in "helping" roles abuse their power and sexually assault individuals they are supposed to be serving. Fifteen percent of transgender individuals report being sexually assaulted while in police custody or jail, which more than doubles (32 percent) for African-American transgender people. Five to nine percent of transgender survivors were sexually assaulted by police officers. Another 10 percent were assaulted by health care professionals.

In the NCAVP 2009 report on hate violence, 50 percent of people who died in violent hate crimes against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) people were transgender women; the other half were male, many of whom were gender non-conforming. Sexual assault and/or genital mutilation before or after their murders was a frequent occurrence.

I think that it is probably about time for the schools to start phasing out Phys Ed.

Then perhaps they shouldn't be playing dress up in public; certainly not in the opposite sex's bathroom. Fact is, society has always taken a dim view of perverts.

Perhaps there should be a communal outhouse out back for perverts. There they can all commune together.

South Park already took care of it.

I guess none of this stuff really mattered when there was mass famine or plague. Winning has its downsides.
