Crime: What would be RP's stance on Moonshine?

Got me wondering. I'm watching Discovery Channel's show " Moonshiners." Do you think he would make moonshine legal to make w/o a permit?

Um, he wouldn't interfere with state laws on alchohol. As president.

As a doctor he would advise you not to do that to yourself.

I don't care what the state says to me, I know what my policy is. I do not do business with state controlled businesses. ABC liqour has a monopoly on it here in NC. So that leaves few options, but NEVER EVER will I do business with them. I would rather burn my money. Thank god for moonshine.
