Nope. Trump is more interventionist. You're stuck on redrawing the map as if that is worse than raping a country of their resources. Also how do you think Trump accomplishes that? Oh right just trust him because he has some magic wand that will make everyone listen to him and Iraq will just gladly hand their oil over.
Also lets ignore that he wants to triple sanctions on Iran, wants to force Mexico to pay for a wall, he wants to start a trade war with China, and that's just the start of it. Who knows what else he believes in because he hasn't had to answer the questions Rand has on foreign policy.
