That is possible but 9/11 probably set the gun control movement back a decade or more. I think a lot of people realized how futile gun control is when you can kill thousands of people with box cutters.

I see it happening allready. The law is becoming very strict. Felons are not allowed to own guns. Guess what? I have read in my paper that first time drug offense makes you a felon.
Kids that are 16 who has small amount of weed are charged as felons. No guns for them ever.
This is how they are doing that. Soon it will be DUIs being a felon and then speeding tickets. This is how they are going to disarm Americans. Not a force grab but thru laws that makes everyone thing you do a felony. And it is happening now people.

They will most likely impose strong penalties on those who resist. In the Eastern block countries, anyone caught with a gun had their homes seized or spent years in jail.

If they try to take our guns we need to shoot them. Any form of gun control is imposing totalitarianism. I will not pave the way for another Mao or Stalin. I will never trust a human institution like government.

That's absolutely vile. Most of the most principled, patriotic and educated Americans went down the wrong path but straightened out. I smoked weed at sixteen but now I am straight as an arrow. The government wants to disarm veterans, white nationalists and the groups most likely to physically oppose authoritarian government. Most felons are actually the most independent people. Its the non-conformists they fear.

why is it that i can just buy people's guns off them for cash? i'm not a criminal and they'd be off the streets if in my posession... could you imaging some of the cheap prices people sold their guns for? a .357 mag for $250.... wtf i'd give ya $275!!

There is no possibility of gun confiscation.

Confiscation requires submission. I know of few who plan to submit.

Confiscation may be attempted but so far the enemies computer wargaming simulations show they are still losing.

Of course they never have their parameters right.
