How in God's name does that even work???

The other half of the bun is behind (peeking)
You put that half on top and mash the whole thing together.
Bite at any edge that seems appropriate.

We are promised a high of 8 degrees today. Do any of these folks deliver? This is making me seriously hungry while I am thawing my fingers.

Friendly's has one that is two grill cheeses with a hamburger in between. Theres kind of a difference between these mom and pops places and chains where it can be assumed thuosands of people a day order them, but they are all fattening I suppose.

In-N-Out 20x20... and the first one in Texas is in the process of being built right by me.

My local In-n-Out stopped letting people order over 4X4. But they have the "flying duchman" Atkins friendly lettuce wrapped patties that can be slipped in.

It's funny how much negative attention the Double Down got, it's mostly just two pieces of chicken.
I'd like to try that pizza burger.

This is not really a burger combination but it will stop your heart.

Damn, I love burgers. They are the perfect food. And when people say, "Cheeseburgers are unhealthy," I like to say, "Yeah, so what? That's what I dig about them."

I don't really like fast food burgers. There are a few rules that I follow when I go about choosing a good burger.

  • They must give you an option for rare, med. rare, well done
  • They must melt the cheese, unmelted cheese pisses me off
  • If you order a burger with bacon, it better not just be two slices
  • Any other vegetable toppings must not lead to complete foundation collapse of the burger
  • The beef must be at least 20% fat. Have you ever tried a 95% lean burger? Fucking disgusting.

Well, Bill's Jumbo Burgers has a triple. That would be a pound and a half before cooking. With all the trimmings. But the buns are standard fare; they lack the necessary load rating. So be careful of your shirtfront.

But my favorite cholensterol cookie is the local steak sandwich. Breaded veal cutlet on a bun, with a semblance of garden (emphasis on the onions) on top like a well-dressed burger.

And Weber's has a burger that isn't terribly big. But it is a bacon chili sausageburger.

But the root beer you get with it is sweetened with this really good stuff you never hear about these days--cane sugar.
