Yeah, they love to hang out around clubs and bars. In nice suburbs, they will stake out restaurants, as there are no bars to harass. The other day, saw 3 cops cars completely block the parking lot at a restaurant (think Buffalo Wild Wings), They parked in the main entry portion of the parking lot 3 across. Anyone who left would have to ask them to move.

Yep, they've made their presence known. I'm sure local LEOs have been told to not sweat the minor stuff...until they can get some more laws passed, I'm sure.
