I know he was unable to win a couple of elections but it seems like he stopped being a public figure after that (around 2016). I was hoping to hear his take on the Coronavirus but it's hard to find articles on him in recent years. For those who don't know about him, he has a lot of similarities to Ron Paul. An Ob/Gyn who believed in Libertarian principles. I don't remember how I even heard of him but possibly from Tom Woods.
In any case, does anyone know what happened to him? Has he just given up on even speaking about issues publicly anymore?

2014 U.S. Senate campaign
In January 2013, Brannon announced his Senate run at an event hosted by the NC-Republican Liberty Caucus and the Eastern NC Tea Party.[6] Brannon's campaign picked up significant momentum after speaking at the annual RedState gathering in August 2013.[7] Brannon has twice appeared on Glenn Beck's national radio program.[8][9] In addition, Brannon has also received the endorsement of U.S. Senators Rand Paul,[10] Mike Lee,[11] Congressman Thomas Massie,[12] former Congressman Ron Paul,[13] Erick Erickson, editor of RedState,[14] Ann Coulter,[15] and Thomas Woods.[16] FreedomWorks,[17] Gun Owners of America,[18] National Association for Gun Rights,[19] Moore Tea Citizens,[20] Citizens for Guilford County[20] and iCaucus[21] have also endorsed his campaign.
However, Brannon lost the primary to Thom Tillis.[22]
