The US Government existed for something like 130 years without any kind of policing agency whatever.

According to this logic, the United States was not a valid nation until 1908?

- a necessary condition for capitalism according to Rand (as well as according to reason).

In a volunteer society, that power would be local elected sheriffs, deputies, and the called forth posse as needed from the local citizens - which would be anyone that wanted to participate - (as well as citizen arrest and the hue and cry for crimes witnessed in progress).

Supporting law enforcement is a good thing. It does not mean supporting bad examples of law enforcement absent the specific bad thing being supported being mentioned in a general category which by its nature is a good thing.

I said law enforcement, which includes sheriffs also mentioned in my post, and I did not say policing agency.

If you are going to nitpick, read the whole post - including the next few sentences, which conceptualizes everything you are not understanding, and do not use terms I did not use to build strawmen which you can then knock down - wasting time.

We certainly had sheriffs, and deputies, and posses, and citizens arrest, and the hue and cry. They've existed for close to a thousand years in part.
