I was looking at the rules for the delegates in WA State. What does "Morally Bound" mean in reference to the 37 Morally bound delegates? There are 3 unbound.

It means nothing at all. They encourage you to vote who they tell you to but you are free to vote for whoever you want with no consequences.

you are morally bound to vote for the candidate that supports the constitution. :D

hehehe.... so again... those 36 delegates that huckabee got... hahahahahaha

Nice one MSM

So, how man RP Kansas supporters will be going to their State Convention?

You may be voted out as a delegate after you vote but that's not a big deal.

They want you to "feel" morally bound to vote for the candidate who won the delegates on the first voting round. :D In our case "morally bound" would mean voting for the most moral and Constitutional candidate Dr. Ron Paul. :D:D:D

After that if no victory, then you are free to vote for whomever you wish on second and sucessive rounds.

It's means you will be, "immoral" if you're, a "morally bound" delegate to another candidate and instead go for Dr. Paul. Immoral is not illegal. The GOP has immorally tried to marginalize Ron Paul for 30 years. Time for a taste of their own medicine

Then how do you explain Ron Paul? True all the rest can not compare though.

Haven't you heard, Ron Paul is crazy, and a kook. There really isn't much morality in politics. Ron Paul has had a consistent, moral, 30 year record. He has been marginalized to the likes of which we have never seen.

It means you won't get in any legal trouble if you vote for someone you aren't "supposed" to, but you can consider your political career over.
