What bad things has the Bilderberg group done?

I've heard all the conspiracy theories about the Bilderberg group and how they meet in secret and plan out a one world government and they're going to take over the world, yada yada yada. They've been around for over 50 years, they've been meeting since the '50s. So what bad things have happened in the last 50 years that can be contributed to them?

they got all central banks rounded up in europe and gave us the euro for european enslavement to fiat money, all to compete with the dollar that is printed by the same people, while when the dollar will crash the euro will follow.

coincidence? I dont believe in that word anymore

If the elites were going to get together to plan out world domination why would they do it in a big meeting once a year? I mean there's the internet, telephones, etc. they can do it anytime they want.

Meeting in person is much more secure. The internet and encryption email is new. This has been going on for centuries in different groups. Plus these people are very old fashioned.

But I think of this a different way. What good have they done? None that I can think of, and this is against the norms of politics, societies and what the citizens of most countries think is happening.

"The very word 'secrecy' is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings." -- John F. Kennedy

The end of that speech is the best, "With your help, man can be what he was born to be--free and independent!"

Actually the Bilderberg group has been around a lot longer than since the 50's, sure the meetings can be traced back to the 50's but in 1910, the meeting on Jekyll Island had many of those who are now considered part of the Bilderberg group in it.

How do we know what they may have done and are responsible for doing. The procedings of the meetings are secret and under ultra tight security.

I just went to a Daniel Estulin lecture last night here in Portland - he is the author of the book "The Bilderberg Group" which documents many of the past and present interworkings of this elite group.

Gee, members of the world's "power elite" annually get together and confer secretly. The world keeps going to hell for almost all of us. What are the real odds that it's all just a "pure coincidence"?

Zero!<IMHO>

Funny how the banner ads usually go along with the thread topic.
I just now see this banner ad in this thread.

Coincidence?

No not a coincidence, it is a software bot that "reads" the content of a page and feeds it relevent ads. No conspiracy in that...

One thing that strikes me about conspricacy naysayers is that their logic seems to depend on the premise that all people are good, all of the time. IOW there are no bad people, ever.

The ostrich approach...

I really think it may be more innocent than that. Most folks just can't comprehend the psychopathic, sociopathic mindset with an megalomaniacal obsession for dominance, power and control. It's outside the normal daily experiences for most of us. Plus there is a whole lot of incessant misinfo, disinfo propaganda and childhood brainwashing to fight through.

Now I have to wonder why the bot found this thread relevant to the Masons.

Did the software programmer consider the Masons and the Bilderbergers to be connected in some way?
