1) Executive branch

2) Legislative branch

3) Judicial branch

Then I'd start all over with a Constitutional Republic.

I'd lke to see "Revolving Door" restrictions on Federal employees who become lobbyists. Is probably number 1 on my list of "to work towards".

I would say all that really needs to be slated for removal are: 1. the White House (including all respective staff, aids, and employee or contracted positions), 2. the President, and 3. the Vice President. Everything else will just work itself out as a consequence. Due to modern day technological advancements, none of the above are needed any longer—so far as their purposes were originally intended.

Looking back I'm not sure why I thought this. Perhaps I was under the impression that the USDA legislature gave rise to those two agencies. Oh well.

Treasury,, would actually serve a valid purpose if things were set right.
