Yes, but depending on how many votes you cast within a certain time period, it may not count all your votes. You need to delay between votes. James Buckmaster had 2 votes for a long time, so I voted for him about 15 times, and after their update period passed his total rose to 12.
Tried sucessive Paul votes with almost no delay and only 2 registered (and those were probably someone else's votes.
