How old are you? Have you watched many elections in the past? After 10% of so of reporting, everyone stays in pretty much the same position for the rest of the night. It's just the way it is.

Concord and Manchester, the 2 biggest cities, where Paul spent most of the meager time he did spend here are reporting 60% of their precincts.
