Wendy Warburton for Montana Senate in 2012?

She says she supports every part of the constitution but I didnt see any mention of the first clause of the second amendment

Why do u say she's a militia darling ?

She's a very good candidate for us to support based off of what I've seen of her. I identified 5 state house members who would be great Senate candidates based off of issues and she was one of them. We should really try to get her elected as Montana is a very winnable state for a liberty candidate.

I have a strong hunch that either Montana, Wyoming, or Idaho will be the first domino to fall when the state secession movement comes to a head. Getting liberty-minded state legislators and governors in those particular states is absolutely crucial in the meantime.

ALL SIGNS POINT TO YES!

Isn't that the roll of the National Guard, or is this something outside of that? I wonder if she would advocate for bringing the National Guard home and back under control of the Governor.

It's a little different, because the President can take over any state NG. He can't take over this proposed militia.

I sent her this message the other day:

Thanks for the add, it is an honor to have you as a Facebook friend. May I ask you if you would have any interest in running for the US Senate next year? Montana is ripe for a true Tea Party candidate to run, and in 2012 they will be stronger than ever, especially in a state like Montana. Good luck with whichever you decide!

She just replied with this:

Thank you for your kind words. I am honored and flattered but I have no intention of running for Senate. I also am pretty encouraged to see Congressman Rehberg becoming more and more conservative and running for Senate. Thank you for your support!

Cordially,
Wendy

Edit: Congressman Denny Rehberg, whom she mentions, voted against the Patriot Act extension this week. She seems to imply he's running for the Senate. Is anything else known about him?

Here's what I know ZAP
He didn't get my vote
According to the JBS's Freedom Index in the 109th congress he had a 55% correct voting record on Constitutional issues, in the 110th & 111th he improved to 75%.... In our last primary the R party never gave R challenger Mark French a second look.....
In western Montana the French yard signs and bumper stickers out numbered Rehburg's 20/1...
