I'm supposed to worry about people who don't know how to stock up and save? SNAP benefits are VERY generous. They are also cumulative, they don't go away if you don't use them. These whiners could have easily had a stockpile of food or excess benefits to get them by. Their poor life choices are not my problem.

Some places have really high food prices and they don't have any way of stocking up.

This happens to people not on food stamps too. People that make too much to get snap and even make a lot of money because of high food prices.

My family helped run a food bank for decades. A lot of those people had unexpected emergency expenses.

The food banks are going to run out fast if everyone on snap goes to them.

So its going to hit the people who are doing the right thing and working hard that are just going through a rough time.
