Notice how the "King Obama jester" (to borrow Justin Raimondo words) never adresses the question in a serious way...always the "funny"...always the "funny"...so people dont notice how serious it is. He mentioned it on air? Yes, in a "funny" way, so the impact in the viewers is negative: "All this conspiracy theories are funny" that is what gets into the brains of his viewers.
Colbert? He knows damm well what is going on just like a tiny portion of his fans...the "it-getters".
From Colbert´s version of wikipedia, wikiality, where reality is mixed with fiction and "funny" pretty much like everything "media" nowaday, its a very effective form of keeping the masses in the dark:
